The available services offerings for the hardware product will be capped at Next-day and Next-day Onsite support. Same-day and Same-day onsite support will be discontinued. |

| End of Engineering for Software (EOE) |
Beyond this date Ivanti no longer commits to providing engineering support. Critical must-fix security patches are provided, for an approximate period of 12 months, after this date. |
